What to write to us about

  • Something on a page is wrong or out of date — a price, a station, a timetable, a visa rule. Send the page link and what you saw. Corrections we can verify go live within a working week.
  • Your free trip plan — changes and follow-up questions are free. Reply to the email your plan came with, or write to the address above. To request one, use the trip plan form.
  • A question about travelling in China that our guides do not answer. We reply when we can, and the good questions become guides.
  • Partnerships and data — if you have a source we are missing or an idea for working together, tell us what you have in mind. Coverage itself is not for sale.

What we cannot do

We are not a travel agent, so we cannot book tickets, hotels or tours for you, and we cannot change or cancel a booking you made with Trip.com, Klook or another company — contact that company directly, using the booking reference in your confirmation email.
